Collective projects and start-up teams

Social innovation stems from a societal need. In a social economy context, this innovation is appropriated by the members of a community in the form of collective responsibility for the solution.

For several years now, social innovation spaces have been emerging in different forms. These spaces make it possible to bring the idea to the project.

Coop Interface intervenes at several stages of the start of collective projects:

• Involvement in the ideation and definition of the problem;
• Support for project leaders within the framework of incubation formulas (for example, SISMIC);
• Validation of the business model in a context of fundraising and operationalization (feasibility study and business plan).
